The shape of the nine days.

You won't know the full plan. That's intentional.

Day 1

Meet the team. Seal your phone in a box. Final gear check. Drop off.

Day 3

The novelty is gone. Your body complains. Your mind starts looking for excuses. This is where the real expedition begins.

Day 5

Life has become beautifully simple: walk, carry, eat, sleep. You begin to remember what your mind feels like without constant distraction.

Day 7

Something changes between the men. The shared hardship and common goal creates bonds. From strangers to brothers. A feeling most men will sadly never experience.

Day 9

You leave the desert carrying less than you arrived with, and taking home far more than you expected.

What it is

Engineered adversity. Not adventure tourism.

Adventure tourism optimizes for safety, comfort, and flow. This deliberately introduces friction — designed unfairness, asymmetry, consequence. Every element has a reason. Nothing is staged for a photo.

01

Physical stress

Carrying, moving, adapting under real terrain — not a simulation of it.

02

Forced responsibility

Decisions with consequences. No one steps in to soften the outcome.

03

Brotherhood under pressure

Bonds formed here last longer than anything built in a conference room.

François de Neuville

Led personally by François de Neuville

"My role is not to challenge you. My role is to build the environment where you challenge yourself."

Former Belgian Commando Paratroopers officer. Survivalist, adventurer who's led expeditions in South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
